7.3 Legal basis
- Consent of the data subject when submitting the forms (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Legal obligation in tax and commercial matters (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Legitimate interest for communications to existing clients about similar services, with the right to object at any time (art. 21.2 LSSI).
7.4 Vaserai as data processor
When Vaserai implements systems that process personal data belonging to its clients' own customers (for example, conversations or appointments of their customers or patients), it acts as a data processor under art. 28 GDPR: it processes that data solely on documented instructions from the client, who remains the data controller. That processing arrangement is governed by the corresponding services agreement.

7.6 Recipients
No data is disclosed to third parties except where legally required. To deliver the service we use technology providers acting as processors or sub-processors (section 8).
7.7 Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@vaserai.com with the reference "Data protection", enclosing a document proving your identity. We will reply within one month at the latest (art. 12 GDPR). If you consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
7.8 Security
- TLS encryption on all communications with the site.
- Hosting and processing primarily on servers within the European Union.
- Access control, backups and activity logging.
- Validation and filtering of data received through forms.
7.9 Automated decisions
Vaserai systems may classify enquiries and personalise communications automatically. No decisions are taken based solely on automated processing that produce significant legal effects on data subjects. In systems implemented for clients, those clients guarantee human oversight and the right of data subjects to obtain human intervention, express their point of view and contest the decision (art. 22 GDPR).

Managing your consent
