Pricing

We do not publish rates. Here is why.

A fixed rate would force one of two things: overcharging whoever needs little, or under-delivering to whoever needs a lot. We do neither. Every system is built around a specific business process, and that process is never identical in two companies, even when they do the same thing.

Before we talk

What we can tell you right now.

We work with few clients at a time, because every project is designed from scratch and supported afterwards. And the pricing is competitive against what the alternative costs, which is almost always hiring one more person or carrying on losing what is being lost today.

Variables

What drives the price.

Five factors, in order of weight on the final quote.

/ 01

Scope

An agent that only answers questions does not cost the same as one that also books appointments, changes or cancels them, makes phone calls, sends reminders, wins back dormant customers and follows up.

/ 02

Integrations

Connecting to a standard calendar is straightforward. Connecting to in-house management software or a heavily customised CRM takes additional work.

/ 03

Volume

Running costs depend on how many conversations and processes the system handles each month.

/ 04

Languages

Working in several languages adds design and testing. Hours do not: the system answers at any time, every day, and that is always included.

/ 05

Ongoing support

Some projects are delivered and run on their own; others are adjusted month by month with the client's team.

Structure

How it is structured.

Implementation

An upfront payment covering design, build, connection to your tools and go-live. It is agreed in writing before we start and does not change unless you widen the scope.

Monthly operation

A fee covering how the system runs, maintenance, updates and incident resolution. Design changes or new features are quoted separately.

Always included

What comes in every case.

  1. A 20 minute diagnostic call, at no cost and with no commitment, before any quote.
  2. A written proposal with scope, price and timeline agreed. Nothing is charged until you accept it.
  3. Go-live within 10 to 20 working days from signature. That window covers training the agent on the business data and testing it before it handles a customer. Once live, it keeps being tuned.
  4. Training for your team so they know when and how to take control of the system.
  5. A named person responsible for the project, not a support inbox.

Transparency

Who we do not work with.

We would rather say it before you waste your time.

Next step

First we understand your business.

Twenty minutes. We ask how you work inside, what we need to put the quote together, and on that same call you see a demo running.
